Cost Recovery and Service Terms

Daml Autopilot by ChainSafe Systems Inc.

1. Definitions

“Server Fees” means charges to recover operational costs including but not limited to: third-party API calls (e.g., Anthropic), cloud infrastructure, and blockchain network transaction fees.

“Code Analysis Service” means the AI-assisted Daml code generation functionality provided through this platform.

2. Fee Structure

  1. Server Fees are charged solely to recover the cost of infrastructure and third-party services required to operate the platform.
  2. Server Fees do NOT constitute payment for the Code Analysis Service itself.
  3. The Code Analysis Service is provided FREE OF CHARGE.

3. Free Service Disclaimer

As the Code Analysis Service is provided free of charge:

  1. It is provided “AS-IS” without any warranty whatsoever.
  2. ChainSafe Systems Inc. makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
  3. ChainSafe Systems Inc. assumes no liability for any use of generated code.
  4. ChainSafe Systems Inc. may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice.

4. Server Fees Terms

  1. Server Fees are non-refundable.
  2. ChainSafe Systems Inc.'s only obligation regarding Server Fees is to make reasonable efforts to process requests through the underlying infrastructure.
  3. Server Fees do not guarantee availability, uptime, or successful completion of any request.

5. Explicit Acknowledgment

By using this platform, User explicitly acknowledges and agrees:

  1. User is paying ONLY for infrastructure cost recovery.
  2. User is NOT paying for code quality, accuracy, or reliability.
  3. The Code Analysis Service would be provided identically if Server Fees were zero.
  4. All generated code must be independently reviewed.
